Kakebunn:
5 eggehviter
200g melis
Piskes hvitt og blandes med 150g malte mandler

<p>Stekes på 180 grader 35-40 minutter. Avkjøles.</p>
<p>Fromasj:</p>
<p>3 dl fløte, 3 ss sukker, 1 pk gele.</p>

<p>Pisk krem av sukker og fløte, og bland det med geleen.</p>
<p>Tøm dette over bunnen (som fremdeles står i formen). Sett det kaldt til det stivner.</p>
<p>Pynt:</p>
<p>1 pakke frossen skogsbærblanding, 1 pakke gele, 3 dl fløte til krem.</p>
<p>La geleen avkjøles til den begynner å tykne. Tøm bærene utover fromasjen. Tøm geleen over bærene.</p>
<p>Sett det kaldt til det stivner.</p>
<p>Pynt med krem rundt kanten.</p>
<p>Kaken kan lages i stor langpanne, da dobler du oppskriften</p>

<p>Så: Tøm sausen i en stor bolle. Rør inn eggeplommene. Rør inn makaronien, pølsebitene og purren, pluss en liten boks mais. Vend inn de stivpiskede eggehvitene. Strø over griljermel, raspet ost og litt pizzakrydder. Inn i ovnen på 200 grader 45 minutter.</p>

<p>Da lager jeg noen av deigene kvelden i forveien, og andre mens jeg har en sort i ovnen.</p>
<p>I deigene bruker jeg alltid 50/50 meierismør og melange.</p>
